Jeanette’s nursing experience includes hospital work, wound care, skilled nursing, home health, and assisted living. Her experience in these areas has allowed her to see firsthand the break downs in senior care options and has put her on a mission to contribute to better healthcare options for the elderly and others in need.

Todd and Kearstin bring a wealth of experience to the Home Matters team. Todd has 14 years experience as a Scottsdale Firefighter and EMT and Kearstin has 7 years of experience as a Social Worker (MSW). Their knowledge and experience has greatly enhanced the Home Matters management team.
Several years ago, Todd and Kearstin saw first hand the lack of good senior care options for their own family member. From that point, their desire to make a positive difference in the senior care industry became a driving factor. “We realized there was a great need for caregiving agencies that pursue quality senior care for the right reasons.”
Todd and Kearstin have a true passion for helping others. Their professional goals include pursuing service to others as a husband and wife team. Home Matters is pleased to have Todd and Kearstin as a core part of our greater Phoenix team.
Kathy comes to Home Matters with 20 years experience as an Occupational Therapist. She has worked in a variety of environments from Acute Neuro-Rehab at St. Joseph’s Hospital, to Acute Cardiac Rehab at the Arizona Heart Hospital, to Senior Home Health Care at Arcadia Therapy Services.
Kathy pours her heart into ensuring Home Matters clients have a safe home environment free of potential hazards. She also spends much of her time developing professional in-home exercise programs to work into our client’s weekly routines when appropriate.
